IMPORTANT by booking, you are accepting these terms. Please research the location before booking and make sure it suits your travel requirements in Perth. We are located in the city.. but not right in the centre. Our building is very old (1940s) and full of character, which means it has imperfections that come with age. The car parking is available upon request, we have an undercover garage spot for small cars. The garage has specific dimensions (6m long, 3m wide, 1.7m high) and can be challenging to reverse into. If your car doesn't fit, street parking is available. Please do not park in someone else's spot to avoid towing or a $1000 fine. Please be considerate of our neighbours and avoid excessive noise. No additional guests in the apartment. We want you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please feel free to contact us.
